I think blood diamond is an amazing movie. It is a very strong movie that affects people and in this case give a picture of how life is for so many. I think the whole movie is so well made, every thing in the movie clicks, the music, the actresses, the picture and the places. I love that even tough the settings are as good as they are; they still bring out a message and a clear picture of what the blood diamonds lead to.
Something that I really loved is Leonardo’s role, I have been in Africa two times and know how a white African speaks, and Leonardo spoke exactly like a white African. I think it makes a film a lot better if the characters study their role and in this case speaks like them. That can be a tough job.
Something that I also liked about the movie is that they tell a story that we may not know much about. I didn’t know about the blood diamonds before I saw for the first time. Blood diamonds makes war and provides more young boys as warriors.
