My trip to the Caribbean, South Africa and Australia!

Day 2

I woke up at seven a clock to get the breakfast they served on the hostel. I later on took a walk some corners from were I stayed. As I was tumbling down the roads I could hear music coming form everywhere. I heard Reggae music which is

Jamaica’s most recognized sound. The music is rich and infectious and express personal freedom, religion, independence and gossip. I could hear Bob Marley sing and immediately thought of how he influenced to help bringing Reggae music into the Jamaican main stream. I walked passed store that sold all kinds of things with Jamaican influence. They had a t-shirt with the flag on it, which I immediately bought.

The black triangles represent all the hostility that they have gone trough, the green triangles represent hope and the golden cross represent the mineral weal tog Jamaica and sunlight.

I walked to Doctor’s Cave Beach, the five-mile long beach. This was the perfect place to end my stay in Montego Bay. Here it was plenty places were I could eat and drink and I even tried the water scooters, it was great fun! Later that night I continued my trip by traveling to South Africa.
